Making slow progress with the final comic unfortunately  as photoshop is refusing to run on my laptop most of the time 

One of my biggest weaknesses is drawing people so this week's task was definitely a challenge. Who would have known that I would have ended up enjoying it more than drawing buildings/streets etc. I found that I was able to produce sketches of people a lot more quickly, and I feel like this resulted in more interesting drawings. This task reminded me that I definitely need to work on proportions when it comes to drawing people (many drawings had tiny legs). I have begun to really enjoy my little routine of walking to town, getting some food, picking a bench, and sitting and drawing the people that I see.

Location drawing or urban sketching is something that I have always loved looking at but never felt confident enough to do myself. This weeks task was  a challenge but I have definitely learned to enjoy it. At first I was overly conscious about both drawing in public and getting the drawings themselves right, but throughout the week I focussed less on getting things right and more on making interesting drawings.
